"I started working with Aaron in January and have felt nothing but progress over the last 5 months. My whole goal going there was to get stronger in my golf swing, with more stability and power going through, while also reducing the chance of injuries. He takes a very methodical approach when training his athletes, as he doesn't rush strength. His programs include building up slowly to peak weights, improving little by little. As an example, it took me 4 months to do a chin up, but the way we went about it makes sure this strength lasts and isn't just a one time boost.

I train with my brother and friends and Aaron does a great job of making it competitive for us and creating an environment for improvement.
Bonus points, he puts up with laughing."
